AT&T Internet Security

  1. Where is the documentation on the AT&T Internet Security Manager.Basic Protection?
    1. I’m currently experience issues accessing web sites that detect scanning from the device where the Smart Home Manage is running. 
    2. I’m also experiencing share appear to be disconnections on two of my Windows 11 computers Ethernet adapter.  Does the AT&T smart home manager - Internet security perform scans on internal devices? 
    3. Is it possible to speak with someone regarding the internet security functionality?

You can find the documentation you're looking for on the article provided below.

 

Please take a look at our article that will help with information about AT&T ActiveArmor internet security and the requirements needed. The ActiveArmor internet security will scan your network traffic, but the Smart Home Manager will provide the following information as well.

  • Device weaknesses
  • Known default device passwords (often found on printers and scanners)
  • Unsecure or unsafe websites
  • Suspicious network traffic between a device and the internet
  • Ongoing prevented network attacks

We would suggest that you also try factory resetting your gateway. This will help clear your router logs to reset your router settings.

  • Also, are you using a third party router? Please confirm that for us.This will let us know if some feature may need to be added to your account.
