Thank you for reaching out to us on our Community Forum. We are glad to assist you with your e-mail issue.
There have been no changes on our end regarding e-mail access. This could be an issue where your account has been locked after too many failed sign in attempts. Usually if that happens, you'll just have to wait an hour after it was locked and reset your password. You can use this link to reset your password.
You're also welcome to review this page which has a lot of good details regarding resolution of email issues.

I still cannot access my att.net account. When I click on my mail icon, it takes me to a page that asks for my yahoo log in. To my knowledge, I don't have a yahoo account. What I do have is att.net. I am 70 years old and I do not like change, and I want simple instructions on making my mail icon work.

At about noon on Nov 17, 2020 the apple Mail app on my ipad 2nd Gen , and ipad 7th Gen, plus mail app on Fire 5th Gen all suddenly stopped connecting to att.net email - all claim password incorrect. I can use the browser on all three and connect to email. I can use the apple mail app on my iphone 5S and get email. I can go on my desktop and use both Windows 10 mail and browser via means of currently.com to access my email. So apparently my account has not been locked. So why did three devices suddenly stop working with att.net?
