atnt bad

I'm lagging while even typing this. I'm home alone and I'm constantly greeted with lag. imagine being home alone and having your ping so high your client cant count it, that's how bad atnt is.

Hi @ActuallyKent,

 

We are here to help with your lagging issue. 

 

Would you please provide more detail on the issue - such as are you on Wi-Fi or Ethernet connection? a screenshot of the speed test result or if you run the traceroute that would help as well. Are you experiencing intermittent connection on all of your devices? 

 

Please try using the AT&T SmartHome Manager app to troubleshoot the connection issue. 

 

You may reply to this thread with the information and we will look into the intermittent connection issue further.

You may be home alone, but I'll bet you have a smartphone who loves to upload pictures?  You may have neighbors who love to interfere with your Wi-Fi.  How about some specifics about when your PINGs are bad and how you know they're bad and what you've done to troubleshoot the problem so far?
