Are any inbound ports blocked?

I want to run a personal web server and email server. I read some old posts that indicate that ATT&T blocks some inbound ports including ports 25 and 80.  Any truth to this? (I have a residential fiber account and 5268AC gateway).

So yes, 25 is blocked (email spam control).  Don't know why you would think 80 (http) would be blocked.
