3801 Can't find the system password

I'm looking to port forward a gaming server but am unsure why the Wireless Network Key isn't set as the default system password. On the right side of my router, I can only see a yellow sticker with our SSID and Wireless Network Key, with a link to att.com/support for more info/help. Unfortunately, I can't remember our password to access our account on the site, and our email won't work either. Please help me!

The password to get into the system settings is on the black label on the side. It's different because at 192.168.1.254, the wifi password is displayed. If you can't get into email, go to att.net go to sign in and click forgot password

That’s the issue. The email registered to our account is not on any of our devices, and, as such, we obviously can’t access that email and have no way of changing it. (technically I need permission to change the email address associated with our router, so that’s not an option).
