Seriously it doesn’t ask questions and assumes it knows what you want I literally spent 30 min just trying to a get a person to help me. Then the call got lost when a guy was finally helping me and it took another 30 min to get to another guy and start all over. Today I called to check for an update on a shipment of a modem and lost another 30 min. Seriously spend some of your crazy profits for your overpriced service and hire people instead of machines a people in the Philippines
