Xbox/device network issue (Additional authentication needed)
It started about a week ago, when my xbox wouldnt connect to the internet. It would say my xbox "Is connected to the internet" and then the Additional authentication needed screen with the alternate mac address thing came up when I tested my network connection. I did every troubleshooting method in the book. I even factory reset the thing hoping it would work, but it wouldnt budge. On my computer when i connected to the internet, I got the screen that comes up when you havent paid the internet and it got cut, but when i closed it my internet works. The internet also works on my phone, but i got the same thing as on my computer. Now, today, I tried to get on my switch and the same issue. It wouldnt connect to the internet. I called up AT&T support and they said everything was alright with my internet and gateway (BGW210). I dont know what to do next.
