Hi @bevp, we will be happy to introduce you to AT&T Smart Home Manager.


As homes become more and more connected, this tool provides an easy way to personalize and manage all your home network info from your smartphone, tablet, or computer. 


  • The Smart Home Manager app is free if you have AT&T Internet

Available on the mobile app, only.

  1. Open the Smart Home Manager app on your mobile device.
  2. Look for the Easily Find Weak Wi-Fi in Your Home card in the 'For You tab' and select Get Started.
  3. Follow the prompts to review you home network Wi-Fi coverage.

Reboot your gateway


  • Refresh all your connections with a gateway restart. Select Network and Restart Network to complete.
