Wifi

Both power and broadband lights are green but when you try to connect to it on your phone it doesn’t show up. Called att multiple times and they’ve reset our their end and it does nothing so I’m nut sure what to do

Is any Wi-Fi Network SSID showing up at all (not just the one you're expecting)?

Do you have anything  you can connect with an Ethernet cable?

I have an lan cable connected to a ps5 and  it doesnt connect to the internet and yes other networks show up

Hey @gperry773, we understand you have issues connect Wi-Fi on phone, we’re here to help in getting fixed.

What type of device are you using? Were you able to connect it with your Wi-Fi before? 

 

To get started, we suggest that you Reboot your Gateway by unplugging the power cord from the back of your gateway/modem for 20 sec, plug the power cord back and then reboot the gateway or modem.

You can delete existing Wi-Fi network on phone and try to reconnect using correct password.

 

Find your Wi-Fi network info using your ID and password on any computer or mobile device, no matter where you are. Sign in to Smart Home Manager

The Wi-Fi won’t connect to anything and I’ve tried unplugging it so nothing you said helps
