Broadband blinking red. I unplugged the WiFi. Reset the unit and unplugged the broadband cable and plugged them all back in. Still not working.

Sounds like a line issue somewhere between your gateway and the VRAD. Suggest calling 800.288.2020 and have support check the line. A tech can be dispatched is necessary.
