WiFi says connected but internet says I’m not connected to the server.

For going in two days now, my wifi will not work. Smart TVs say no network connected, but show the network is actually connected on the network screen.  Same thing is happening to my Mac desktop and all other devices. Green light is showing for broadband on the router, and I’ve tried resetting and off/on with the power with no luck restoring internet. I’ve been on hold for 1.5 hours total between these two days with no answer to my calls either time. I’ve never had this problem before. Help me get my kids back on zoom and their other devices before Monday, please!!

On a WiFi device, forget the WiFi network. Then reconnect to the WiFi network.  If that works. Do the same for all the other wifi devices.

Follow the advice from @browndk26 and see what happens. Your devices are connecting to the router via WiFi but your router is not connecting to the internet. You may also have to restart your router.
