Wifi is hardly working

My wifi is so bad that I can't take any calls while im using it, my internet is hardly working and both My Smart Home Manager and MyAt&t app can not run any diagnostic or speed tests while im using it. I also am unable to message support using the chat support function. However, it claims that there are no issues detected while troubleshooting. The phone lines for customer service are also no longer available.

@verukasalty1  Place your gateway in pass through mode, purchase a mesh WiFi system (lots to choose from), and let the mesh router handle all of the router functions and WiFi. Depending on your service, I don't believe AT&T allows you to use another gateway and/or modem. You must use their equipment to at least connect to AT&T.

If you want something dependable, do your research and get a quality WiFi solution to replace what’s in there.

Please share which router/modem you have from AT&T and if possible factory reset the router or call 1800-288-2020
