Wi-Fi has gotten so horrible over the last year

AT&T Wi-Fi used to be great never had any problems with it in the last year I have had nothing but issues I always pay on time but I don't have service all the time. They sent out a new modem which the old one that was 17 years old actually worked better than the new one. They always try to blame it on something on my end.

We recommend that you run diagnostics with the Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool to determine what's causing your Wi-Fi to not be as strong as it should be and get suggestions on how to troubleshoot. You can even schedule a service call directly from the tool.

My Wi-Fi goes out pretty much every single day at the same time and to send a service person out you have to have someone in the house over 18 when they never have to come in the house cuz it's always something outside on the line this is so frustrating AT&T used to be amazing and now the service is horrible. I pay my bill every month on time and I don't even get to use the service that I pay for
