WiFi has been out for a week and I’ve gotten no help!

My WiFi has been out for over a week. My broadband isn’t connected. I’ve ran all the tests and the Smart Home Manager says that I would need a technician to come fix it. I tried atleast 20 times to make the appointment online and after filling out the queries and selecting a time for the appointment it failed every time.

I finally got through to an agent over the phone on Thursday of this last week (after calling everyday for 7 days and waiting over 2 hours each day on HOLD before hanging up) I made an appointment for a technician to come fix my WiFi for Sunday morning (this morning) and I never saw the confirmation email. I called and waited on the phone for 3 hours last night and didn’t get through.

I don’t know what to do.

Things are disorganized right now, as you've discovered. You've been doing the right things, and you're going to have to continue working the phone. Average wait times have been two hours or more the past week. Good luck.
