Wifi Gateway Communication

When I login to the smart home manager app, I go to network and am receiving error that "can't communicate with Wi-Fi Gateway" on cell phones and my pc which is hardlined.  This is preventing us from accessing the device menu to lock/unlock wifi for the devices.  We have restarted gateway multiple times, uninstalled app on the phones and restarted/reloaded apps, all to no avail.  All ethernet wiring is secure on gateway as well.  How do we regain that communication to access our devices?

We're here to help @hitide610, with your Smart Home Manager not connecting to your network.

 

We would suggest factory resetting your router to see if that fixes the problem. Learn more about Wifi extender and what to do when Smart Home Manager is not working. Please let us know if that helps at all.
