Wifi Gateway Communication
When I login to the smart home manager app, I go to network and am receiving error that "can't communicate with Wi-Fi Gateway" on cell phones and my pc which is hardlined. This is preventing us from accessing the device menu to lock/unlock wifi for the devices. We have restarted gateway multiple times, uninstalled app on the phones and restarted/reloaded apps, all to no avail. All ethernet wiring is secure on gateway as well. How do we regain that communication to access our devices?
