I need a reset on my broadband, my light is blinking red repeatedly.

Blinking red broadband indicates a connection problem. Check that the data cable connecting your gateway to the wall outlet looks okay (not chewed or torn). If its okay, you need to call 800.288.2020 for a service call. Be prepared for very long wait times.
