I reset the AT&T U-Verse box twice already and still Broadband2 is still blinking in RED

What model box?
Do you still have service when it is in this condition?
Whas it ever solid green?
Many customers are serviced using bonded-pair DSL, meaning that their service uses two DSL lines (e.g., Broadband 1 and Briadband 2). When one line is not used the second line will be either off or in an error state (I though it was supposed to be off when not used).
If it is supposed to be used and not working, it will be in an error state (e.g., red, blinking red).
Usually in that case, a single line is not sufficient to provide the proper level of service, and you will not have service (but not always).
If you had both lines in use (e.g., green) at one point and not changed your services, I would recommend using one of the AT&T tools (e.g., myAtt) to check the service and get a repair if needed.
