Why doesn't the Internet work?!

We've had att 18mbps for about 3 months now and it honestly worked great the first month. It has slowly just gone downhill to where we are today: I'm forced to reset my router every day to use ONE device.(roku TV) My husband and I turn off the wifi on our phones and now I'm out of data at this point all because the Internet can't handle more than one device at a time. Earlier, it couldnt handle ANY! This is absolutely ridiculous and I think I might be looking into other Internet providers at this point. I'm not going to continue to waste money on something that doesn't work properly. Get your crap together ATT.
