Where do I call to verify the return of the internet air equipment?

I sent my equipment on December 8, 2023 internet air and it still appears that it has not been returned, how do I check because I do not want to pay the amount for not returning the equipment. envie mi equipo en diciembre 8, 2023 intertnet air y aun aparece que no se ha devuelto como hago para revisar porque no quiero pagar el monto por no devolver el equipo.

Well when you called in with that receipt number have they confirmed the equipment has been returned yet?

I also have my "return reference number" from UPS, but AT&T customer service can't help me. They don't see to have anyway to tell if equipment has been received. my online account shows no balance or charges, and nothing about the equipment shipped 3 weeks ago. I'll just cross my fingers and wait to see anything happens with AT&T
