What type of cord is this?

It’s come that time to setup a new office and it just happens that it’s all the way across from where the router is. I want to move the router a little closer but the data cable it has from the little box that was installed on the wall isn’t long enough. On the cable it reads cat 5e utp 26AWG 2 pairs e315882 (ul) all systems but when I search that up I don’t find anything that matches what it says. The cable ends are smaller than a normal Ethernet cable that just plugs into a computer.
