What is a epigram device that is connected to my Arris NVG599?

I was looking into connected devices on my network when i noticed a Epigram Device with IP of 192.168.1.1 which I don't recognize. When i type the IP onto a browser i get: Broadcom - CFE miniweb server. Is this part of my modem? What is this device? Trying to determine if i should block.
