Websites Not Loading - AT&T Internet
Is a website you visit regularly suddenly not loading in your web browser? Are you experiencing slow browse or video buffering?
Sometimes, for various reasons, the DNS cache becomes corrupt or out of date, or simply “messed up”. The symptoms vary, but the most common is that you can’t get to some web sites in your browser. Typically a reboot of devices such as your router and the device having the issue should correct it.
Below is how you can flush DNS on a Windows computer. Use Flush DNS to help with perceived blocked website.
- Open Run/Search “CMD” to launch command line and type the following:
- ipconfig /flushdns
- C:\> ipconfig /flushdns
You should see:
Windows IP Configuration
Successfully flushed the DNS Resolver Cache.
C:\>
Give this a try and typically this will resolve the issue and remember that you may need to do this again occasionally.

The self-service garbage is really sweet, and all, but I'm PAYING YOU a) not to have these issues, and b) to resolve these issues. While delivering less than 1mbps at the same charge as Charter delivers 60 times that speed. AT&T was kind and knocked $10 off my bill, but with the new surprise-gouge of $7 for equipment rental. I've already canceled AT&T, and am headed over to Charter.

Hello,
Been having issues loading some websites. These are popular websites such as Costco.com, Norstrom.com, Ebay.com, just to name a few.
I have been researching on possible solutions and I've tried all them all to no avail. As with others, the website works outside of my home network when using my phones data service. I have the AT&T Fiber Internet 1000 and it started off fine with no blocked websites. There have been gradual blockages of websites and ebay just happened today. Is the only solution to leave ATT and go back to my cable company? I'm totally fine with going back but I just don't see why ATT can't fix this ongoing problem.

Been trying to get customer service multiple times at this time, but each time I get through, I feel that I'm intentionally getting disconnected. It seems that this is an issue that they can't fix and don't want to deal with.

I am using an Android phone Kyocera. When I attempt to use the google search for my listed site https://associatedloggers.com it is not going to the web site. I could understand if I was "not" typing in the exact url but geeza! ? It is silly to not be directed to the exact web site when using the correct url. Instead I am getting search results, (if using my desk top () and typing in only the keywords "associated loggers"
Why is this happening?

I agree. Why do we need to pay these people for a garbage website that we need to "flush" when literally no other major website has this big of a problem. I kind of figured that any responses from AT&T would blame the user rather than the developer and AT&T themselves.
