We can help you set up your gateway, yw8048.
If this is a replacement, use our guide on How to Install a Replacement Wi-Fi Gateway. If you believe that the wiring in your home is not compatible with your new gateway, let us know what Internet plan you're on and what model your gateway is, so we can determine what needs to be done next.

Hi there, @yw8048. We can help you with your replacement router.
In order to do so, we do need to move this conversation to the AT&T Direct Message space. You will see a chat icon, next to a bell icon, in the upper right corner of this thread, next to your Forums profile icon. Our next message will appear there.
In the meantime, please gather your account information together. Do not post it publicly. We will ask for it privately.
Looking forward to helping with the replacement router.

Request a 5268 gateway, still has coax connection for Uverse IPTV receiver(s) on coax.
