On my Gateway there is broadband one and broadband too why is broadband too down it is blinking red where usually is green just like broadband one and I’m experiencing some buffering at times

You have a bonded pair (broadband 1, and 2) to provide the subscribed speed. The modem then bonds them together. For example pair 1 25mbps, pair 2 25mbps, when bonded you will have 50mbps.
If one pair is out your internet is trying to run on only 1 pair. Sometimes the internet will still function but with loss of speed. Other times it wont be able to function at all, if the pair thats still up can't handle the load of the other one anymore.
Try unplugging the power from the modem and rebooting it.
If both broadband lights still don't come up solid green call into customer service and they can run test on the line and determine if a technician visit is required.
I did do that unplug it and plug it back in it’s the same I called technician they scheduled to come out tomorrow and to look at it see what’s going on I was kind of hoping to resolve it myself but they ran a test and said I need a technician to come out
