Uverse internet intermittent disconnections
I have had this problem for years. I can have a disconnect that lasts a few minutes or many hours. It happens much more frequently between 11am-10pm. I have unplugged everything in my house during an outage to check for interference, and it will make no difference. I have IPv6 turned off. When I first moved in and had Uverse installed, my internet was essentially unusable (up at most for 15 minutes at a time). After many techs, a large portion of the line in my area was replaced due to discovered lightning damage. I can go days, weeks or months without any interruptions, but it always comes back. It always seems to start with line 1 disconnecting, but this might be normal.. Do I need to downgrade my service to a single line?
