Uverse internet connection not working

Im really not sure what board to put this under so Ill just start here. We have had uverse since Aug 2012 and love the service when it works. I have had 5 modems everytime they come out here the replace the modem. We have now been upgraded to the nvg589 and it still isnt helping. The connection will work for a little while then it stops, and starts to the point where we cant use any services. They have ran all new lines inside and out. Did a port switch down the street at the box. New set top boxes I have well over the speed i need coming to the house all the way to the router then it just disappears and the only answer i get is "I have no idea what else to do." Last time they were here (beginning of april) they found a splice in the line under the ground down by the box. That fixed it for a little while. Then the night before last at 315 everything went down and it has been slow since then. So slow that it wont even register on speedtest.net it gets stuck in the download test and never goes over 1. If I restart everything it will work good for about 10 minutes then everything freezes. We cannont watch on demand or our dvr, alot of channels arent coming in they are just a back screen.  The funny thing is that our upload speed has been great it hasnt moved its right where it is supposed to be and connecting to the wireless through our androids works just fine. I really dont want to cancel services with you all but this is the end of the line. My bill has never been correct i have had to call every month since jan 2013 to get that fixed because the reps tell me they are going to do something and then never do then i get a crazy bill. Last month it was correct 1st time but guess what this one isnt. Then they tell me that someone has put a message on my account that they cant credit me anymore because I already have to many on my account. Well someone send a message to them ITS NOT MY FAULT I HAVE CREDITS IF THE EMPLOYEES THAT I TALKED TO DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO DO THEN THERE WOULDNT BE ANY CREDITS AT ALL. Tell them to punish those employees not me because I can only go by what they tell me and I have everything written down. With that said (sorry for venting) I just want my services to work or I am going to start looking at other providers.

 

And for some reason whenever the internet connects a little ballon pops up on my task bar at the bottom and tells me i need to sign on.

Send them a private message, on this link, and they should be able to give the help needed to solve your Uverse service problems. They are available M-F 8am-11pm Eastern time, response may take up to 2 business days.

This is not the regular CS/TS people, but the social media Community Specialists that know the people to contact to get things done. I personally know as they've helped me on a DVR swap.

Include your account#, email address and a good phone # (land or cell) and time to contact you on.

Check the blue PM envelope, upper right on every page, for their reply. Good luck 😉
