Update Survey/Review for AT&T Technician Customer Service
I have been a long, loyal AT&T customer in for many years who has had several AT&T technicians come in to perform some service, but my most recent experience with technician Eddie (Eduardo Araiza) has unfortunately been very unpleasant. I actually had given him an excellent survey for him after his first visit since at that time I was tolerant and gave him the benefit of the doubt, so I was wondering if there is any option to update my review of his customer service. If you would be willing to hear, I'd be happy to explain myself and tell you the details of my experience as to why I am very dissatisfied with his service. Thank you.
