Unstable Wifi internet connection

I recently switch to ATT from Comcast. Everything was good with Comcast (except the price)

Since using the ATT modern, the Wifi internet connection becomes unstable.

The device connected via ethernet to the modern has no connection issue.

However, the devices connected via Wifi lost the internet connection now and then.

The device shows it is still connected to the Wifi, but the Wifi has no internet connection.

There is a NAS in my local network. When the device lost the internet connect, I tried to connect to my NAS, but it can't. So I suspect something is wrong with the Wifi.

I tried to factory reset the modern, reboot the modern, but it does not help.

They did not help.

Optimizing shows all is good.

My device is right next to my modern.

I turned off the IPV6 but it still drops my wifi connection now and then.

Use the Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool to run diagnostics on your Internet and pinpoint the cause of the intermittent Wi-Fi.

Sign in, then click the Internet tab to get started. If necessary, you can even scheduled a service call right from the Tool.

If you need further assistance, just let us know!
