Unresolved Sedgwick claim and they are attempting to close it on me.
First off I would just like to note that AT&T has been fantastic about this issue and this does not reflect on them they have been great.
I had substantial damage done to my computer rug and wall by a AT&T router that i don't want to discuss because it likely was a freak incident that is not replicable across similar models and likely a manufacturer defect. After discussing damages with the AT&T service rep who replaced the router they sent my info to a manager who sent my info to sedgwick for damage claims. I was contacted by phone once and left a message with a number and email. I then sent an email showing the damages and costs to replace parts and left several messages. I have heard nothing from them going on 6 weeks now. I've sent several emails and left about a dozen voice messages to my claims rep and i have heard nothing back. A couple of days ago I got a letter in the mail from sedgwick saying that if they did not hear from me they would consider the manner closed. I attempted to call and email for the 1000th time and still nothing I have been blatantly ignored for 6 weeks. A friend recommended I post here to see if anyone knows the best path to take.
