Unbelievably difficult to report an outage....

We currently have an confirmed neighborhood outtage in the 53207 WI area code, 6 hours so far and it is IMPOSSIBLE to get through to someone...

We'd love to help you get your Internet service up and running @Juranim.

Did you reboot your router and restart your equipment? Please unplug the power cord from your router, wait 20 seconds and then plug the power cord back in to see if that helps.

We also suggest that you check and confirm status of your service being down.
