Unable to see my device for NAT/Gaming

A few weeks ago I got a new Internet Adapter Card for my PC. I am trying to port forward again but my device no longer shows up in the drop down menu. My device shows in the Device List on the front page and I can also see this device on other ports I did a few months before the new card. Any help would be appreciated.

Good Morning @AustinR123,

We understand you are trying to reset up port forwarding and we want to help you out!

You can either delete the port forwarding setup and start over or factory reset the device and reconfigure the custom settings.

Which model residential gateway/ modem/ router are you using so I can verify the port forwarding setup instructions.

Please let us know.

Thank you,
