Unable to Install AT T Internet Security Suite
Hi,
I am unable to install the ATT Internet Security suite (aka McAfee Antivirus suite). Following are the details.
1. I have a windows 10 computer, which had a previous version of McAfee (also through ATT internet and expired). I uninstalled it using instructions on the KB article page (uninstalled from Control Panel, used pre-install tool and MCPR tool).
2. Navigated to "Download AT&T Internet Security Suite powered by McAfee" page
3. Took me through the login page and eventually to the download link page
4. Upon clicking "Download Security Suite" it takes me to generic McAfee landing page with "Buy" options (no prompt for downloads).
5. Verified that we qualify for the free version and compatibility
- 25+ Mbps Internet Plan
- Computer has 8GB RAM
- Updated to latest security patches for Windows 10
Tried many 6+ times with slight variations and no luck!

This has been asked several times but never resolved. We are aware that there is an issue downloading McAfee as the download link brings you to a McAfee purchase page. This has been an ongoing issue for several months now. It seems like this would be a simple fix involving some communication between ATT and McAfee with a simple web page code change.
What is the time line for this to be resolved?
I am one of many people that are paying for a service provided by ATT but unable to use that service. At this point ATT needs to allow us to purchase a McAfee license and reimburse us or refund us the cost of a McAfee subscription for 2 computers.

When I click the link to download it takes me to the McAfee website and wants payment.

I've had this problem for more than 1 month. I contacted AT&T support over the phone and they could not figure out why I was sent to the 'buy' mcafee website when I tried to download their software. I to am going to the BBB because they have not fixed the issue. I did do the download link for 1 month of free mcafee, but they wont register my product, so alas still having issues.

The rumor mill has it that they are close to a solution. Time will tell.

@ATTHelp: At this point I think it's time we are provided with an executive escalation contact. There is clearly no urgency or priority to fix this problem on a product that is paid for by your customers. Who is the senior executive responsible for AT&T Internet Security Suite? I'm anxiously awaiting a response.

This issue has been going for many months. Someone has pointed out the broken link AT&T has with the download. The link is broken in their IBM cloud service they are using as has been pointed out in previous posts.
It does not make sense that they can't fix a simple broken link issue, unless there is some politics behind AT&T and McAfee. They need to stop playing with customer's security.

I have been trying to download the free "AT&T Security Suite powered by McAfee," as described on this page: https://www.att.com/support/article/u-verse-high-speed-internet/KM1046931
These directions seem simple and clear enough (starting with this page): https://www.att.com/support/topic/u-verse-high-speed-internet/
But when I am sent to McAfee's page and log in, the McAfee Antivirus Elite Edition via AT&T is nowhere to be found. There also isn't a search bar on McAfee's site. Does this product really exist? If not, what product should I be looking for and why does AT&T's site still direct customers to this product?
Please help. (P.S. I want to download it to a Windows 10 device if that is relevant to this answer.)
Thanks!

Looks like several people reported this issue but resolution is done yet. As of today it is still same issue. I tried latest Chrome and Edge browsers without any luck.

Reposting to encourage filling an escalation complaint
I have found another way to escalate the problem to "Executive Support": https://investors.att.com/resources/contacts#customer-service
Please do fill out this form (I have and more people that will do so will likely help escalate this situation).
Let's post here, if anyone get's a response or able to resolve this!
