It’s not that simple. They won’t send anyone unless they determine there is cause to do so through diagnostics. And if the matter is related to home network, there’s a paid service referred to a 3rd party.

You can request a DISPATCH ON DEMAND that has a $99 billable service call if the support testing shows no issues.
If a line issue is detected a tech dispatch has would be scheduled with billing, if any, to be determined by the tech depending on what is found. Example squirrels chew outside wiring not billable but if you or your pet damages the wiring would be billable.
