Hi @Jerrymartin,

There is no way to track their exact location, but you can use the myAT&T app and it will update you on the dispatch to let you know when someone is going out.

Repair person was supposed to be here between 4 and 8. The trackingvtool keeps changing, from between 415 and 530 to between 515 and 645 to now between 645 and 815 which is later than we agreed upon. There is no.one to call and I am waiting at this rental. I need to go put my son to bed.

My internet has been out for two months now and the technician never shows up.  They didn't show up for the March 22nd appt. Now they rescheduled me fo April 20th. The nerve of AT&T to tell me im behind on my bill.  I am not paying for service i dont have.
