There is an internet outage in my area.....is someone going to fix it????
I just switched to AT@T internet after my current provider had issues with constant outages. of course, the AT@T tech who installed it yesterday, assured me I should have no problems at all. 24 hours later, I have not internet due to a "power outage in my area." I might as well cancel my service and go back to my old provider; at least it worked intermittently instead of not al all. Is there a way to check and see if the outages are being addressed????

Are you in the Denton County area, near Aubrey/Celina/Prosper/Crossroads? If so, yeah, I have an outage too. It's not usually like this. Usually I have great connectivity and no real issues. Unfortunately, with the high temps lately, I hear there have been electrical issues in this area on another electricity provider. That might be part of it, I don't know, but I've been out for hours too. I'm using my husband's wifi access from another service provider just to answer this post. Hopefully it'll get fixed soon.
