Technical support/dispatch fee
I was charged $99 for a dispatch fee for a WiFi box switch due to bad equipment.cs rep that made the appointment assured me that I would not be charged any fee. Now I have to pay for a service fee because instead of me waiting on a box I requested someone come out ASAP because if I don’t have internet I can’t pay work.My appointment was for Sunday no calls or text from att stating that my appointment was canceled r reschedule.Technician never stated a fee. I called today to see why I was being charged cs rep stated that I was being charged because I requested the technician.????? I’m so lost for words.why should a customer have to wait on a issue that wasn’t caused by the customer? Att bill payments roll every month and they want their money on time. So why should we customers have to wait? So now I have to pay $99 because lack of communication from cs rep & Technician and supervisors. Please don’t go with att they (Edited per community guidelines)!! No help at all they take ppl money. I don’t recommend anyone to go with at&t frauds and liers. They take money from customers they tell you one thing then it’s something else EVERYTIME it’s sad because it’s hard for the world with the epidemic that’s going on in this world I’m leaving them.
