Strict NAT on Xbox One help


Hello, all. A few months back I purchased a unlimited data plan with at&t along with a model MR1100 – Nighthawk M1 hotspot in order to game on the Xbox One with it.

So, I get on Xbox to find that I have a Strict NAT. I know many here would automatically point me towards a beginners guide on port forwarding but, that's my problem. I did that. I port forwarded everything it asked me to, I tried it both with a static IP and without a static IP. I reset my Xbox time and time again along with clearing the MAC address (After every change to the settings I the modem I made, I reset my Xbox and made sure to unplug it for at least a minute and drain the power block). I even tried to enable DMZ, knowing that it was dangerous and it STILL didn't open my NAT.

My model of nighthawk has UPnP, but that doesn't work either for some reason. In the network settings of the Xbox it says the following:

NAT Type: Strict
UPnP not successful
All services are available.

I went to the link provided here and tried their method to make UPnP work. It didn't.

I attached a screenshot of my attwifimanager page show what I did to port forward (I blocked out my static IP because I didn't know if it would be safe to share here)

I would be grateful to anyone who could give me a STEP BY STEP for this model/at&t solution. Please tell me what I'm doing wrong because I've been trying to fix this for months Screenshot_20180309-031956.jpgMy ports

I’ve actually experienced this same issue myself. I can completely understand how frustrating it can be when you can’t play your favorite online game! I would highly recommend looking at this article: Open NAT for Xbox One. I used this article and in my experience, it helped tremendously!
