Still a no show. 10 call transfers..?

Yo, we've been waiting for a week for our service to arrive, then we're told it's being over nighted 2days ago. It's now been a week and 2nd weekend no internet at the house. To spice things up, 3 or 4 calls one of which said to call 2882020 while I was on a call with that number. Everyone just wants to hand the issue off to the next poor person. I have literally been passed around the entire at&t building for sure by now. 

Like someone make a freaking decision and send a human out here. Spectrum slower but starting to look the fastest.

Did you recently moved to an address with direct fiber?
Speed tier ordered?

To perform a customer self installation (CSI) means the address previously had fiber, are you are to locate the fiber ONT or location as previous occupant May have removed the ONT?

The above questions are based upon your statement Spectrum is slower, if your service is copper based then Spectrum offers the faster speed.
