If you haven't already tried, you may want to try troubleshooting with our Smart Home Manager app. This should allow you to check for Wi-Fi dead zones, as well as refresh your internet connection and check for interference. Just scroll down to where it says Smart Home Manager features for instructions!
If that doesn't help, you can try configuring IP passthrough for your gateway. This can help when trying to connect 3rd party devices to your network. Just scroll down to your model of gateway and follow the instructions!

Go into the wifi setting on your smart tv. Does it show the SSID of your network as being available? If so what happens when you try to connect to it?
