smart plugs don't work with 5G
All of my smart plugs do not work under 5G. We switched back to 2.4 to reset, but once we go back to 5.0 they stop working. Do we need a split router?

Are your smart plugs 5G capable? Some may only connect at 2.4. They should be able to find the 2.4 band and connect.

Your gateway has both bands. Turn both of them on.

You can rename the 5 GHz band and give it a different password. That worked when I had to connect something to the 2.4 GHz.
