The smart home manager app says that my WiFi is offline, however, I’m connected to it. I can’t get the app to show it’s working. Therefore, I can't do anything with the app

I am have exactly the same issues and cannot use smart home app. I would like to use it to be able to manage people on my network but it seems I will never be able to. I tried to upload a pic with no success. I have done everything that is suppose to fix this error and can't do it. I believe the problem lies with AT&T but somehow they don't have the right tech to fix the problem

Did you have to reconnect all your devices then? ie...alexa, smart switches, netflix account?
No you don't as long as you set the SSID and the Password the same as before.
has anyone figured this out?
