Smart Home Manager Will Not Connect To Gateway (Uverse)
I can not get Smart Home Manager (either mobile app or web version) to connect to my AT&T/Uverse Gateway. After attempting to login it says it can't connect to Gateway, and tells me to reset the gateway.
-I have reset the gateway several times.
-Internet is up, and all devices connect.
-TV is working.
-I can access the Gateway's Advanced Configuration via the http address.
Only issue is specifically that Smart Home Manager will not connect to gateway.

I've experienced the same thing before. The app can be flaky sometimes. The app isn’t very functional anyway. Better to use the http address.
