Smart Home Manager and WiFi Extender

On my Smart Home Manager app it says:

"We recommend adding an extender.  We'll send it at no cost to you"

then there is a button that says "Get started" at the bottom.

HOWEVER, when I click on the button, nothing happens.  No new page, doesn't populate a separate website or anything.  Quite frustrating.

Has anyone else experienced this or have an work around?  The app is updated.

@danwithwifiextender In January, the app was updated to actually submit an order and generate an order number. Unfortunately, it still didn't work; the order created was invalid so no equipment was sent. After a few weeks of trying, I just called AT&T and explained the situation and they sent me an extra extender right away.
