Set up express vpn on router

How do I set up ExpressVPN on my Pace PlcModel 5268A router

ExpressVPN says router needs to support  PPTP, L2TP/IPSec or OpenVPN protocol

The router software says it supports these applications:

Application List

PPTP Server

Has anyone succeeded installing the app and using VPN through the router?

We're here to help with your VPN questions, @kandygirlrose.

AT&T provided routers/gateways do not support internal VPN encrypting, meaning you will have to use VPN software on your device instead of having the router route data through the VPN server.

If you need a VPN router, you will need to look into 3rd party devices that support internal VPNs, and use DMZplus to use the 3rd party router as your home network's host. You can find the steps for DMZplus at the bottom of the Manual section in the link provided.

Let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.

Hey, thanks for this setup. It worked. I don't know how others but I like to work with ExpressVPN. It is one of the best because it is accessible for all platforms and for all the systems. I use for more than half a year and I didn't meet problems when I work with it. Another good tool is that they offer access to Netflix and I can unblock access to certain content. Moreover, it doesn't cost a lot per month if you buy it for 12 months. I think that it worths its money, for more details about it, read here https://www.vpntesting.com/reviews/expressvpn/.
