Att upper management - ceo - board - needs to understand how poor their support is.

I've been online 1 hour and twenty thirty forty minutes waiting for competent technical support. Requesting a refund of one months billing fees for each hour I'm on the phone or alternatively equal amount of time from level one ATT ceo or board member on a call (not on hold) where I waste their time in the same way so they get a feel for how poor their support is.
