Scanning and Uploading

My devices are connected to internet, browsing and streaming as usual. However, I'm unable to email scanned documents or upload documents to web. These issues are on different devices. Does anyone know how to resolve?

What happens when you try to scan documents and upload?

Are you using a printer? if so what is the make and model.
