Scam

AT&T We are catchin gon to you. You are scamming your customers. I cancelled my internet in Sept and was told then and again in Oct (after I received a notice to return the equipment and called to clarify) by 2 different customer service reps that I should not return the equipment because it was old. I was assured that this was noted in my file. Fast forward to Nov, I receive another bill for the unreturned equipment. I can and the customer rep says that there is nothing in my file and that I will have to pay.

I call the rotten AT&T. You do this AT&T and you find a way to charge customers even when they return the equipment.

Be careful. Wells Fargo went down this path and they were fined millions of dollars.

Hi @ebgerber,

If you still have the equipment you can return it by dropping it off at the nearest Fed-Ex or UPS store to avoid an equipment fee.
