Same issue can't ping the gateway
Started in early February.
first technician changed the modem.
Second technician told me my twisted pairs were bad.
third technician changed the port at the street
Fourth technician conditioned the lines.
Fifth technician said he would escalate the problem and get back to me which he never. did
Sixth technician schedule to show up 8 to 12:00 today it's 1:00 p.m. now
problems intermittent so still not fixed
Two techs eventually show up, tell me AT&T network is perfect, and no one else is having issue.
(even after I show them the 12 pages here of users having same issue)
I must have too many devices connected
(about same amount as 4 years ago when it worked).
Told my devices, especially my security cameras, are uploading too much data to the cloud
(this is after telling them most of my devices, except my desktop pc, download but do not upload.
My security cameras are connected to a local DVR, not connected to cloud, and do not upload.)
