Router not working

Tried the reboot from the support website and nothing happened. Non of the lights are on. The local store said I need a new one. How do I order a new router?

Make sure your gateway's power supply is plugged into to an active outlet, and that the other end is plugged into the power receptacle on the back of the gateway. If lights still aren't on, you'll call 800.288.2020 for service; be prepared for long wait times to get through.

@davemize thanks! Did that. Have been on hold for an hour now.

Since our hold times are extremely long at this point due to the COVID-19 crisis, I would recommend that you attempt to use the Troubleshoot & Repair tool with a smart device (connected to your cellular network/LTE). It uses the same diagnostic tools that our call center agents have and can handle the gateway replacement process, if that is deteremined to be the problem.
